A full scholarship to the Cooper School of Art in Cleveland, Ohio, led him to a career in the world of advertising. After years of working in advertising, Ron enrolled at Ohio State University where he received a degree in Business. It wasn’t long before he established his own graphic design firm. During 36
successful years, Ron Mlicki and his staff created many award-winning advertising programs for local, national and global companies. The firm has been renamed to Rattleback a branding and interactive agency now guided by his son, Jason Mlicki.
The transition of his company allowed Ron to rekindle that first love—drawing and
painting the human form.
